To break the monotony in the residential architectural style of Tricity, Riverdale Aerovista, a renowned real estate company, has developed a project in which flats and villas have been made by top-of-the-line architects in ‘Spanish Revival Architecture’ style. This is a hybrid style based on architecture found during the Spanish colonisation of North and South Americas in the early 20th century.

Apart from pioneering a unique architectural style Riverdale Aerovista has with this project also endeavoured to create a benchmark of environment friendly constructions in the Tricity and reduce impact of climate change. The construction is a first of its kind ‘environment friendly’ township in Chandigarh capital region.

Riverdale Aerovista has completed the third phase of the eco-friendly residential project, ideally located off the international airport road next to Aerocity in Mohali. The fourth and final phase will be completed by next month. Property buyers are showing keen interest in the unique construction as it offers luxury at affordable prices.

Sanjeev Jindal, CEO of Riverdale Group said, “Amid the rapid urbanization and growing demands of energy, building a green township is not a choice but the group’s commitment towards society. We are introducing a ‘Green Township’, which will promote efficiency in use of water, energy, and materials.”

He underlined that the township will also reduce the negative impact of pollution on health and provide a cleaner environment through better design, construction, operations and maintenance.

Col Inderjeet Kumar, President, Strategic Planning & Corporate Relations, Riverdale Aerovista Group said, “For water management, we have set up a Rainwater Harvesting system which helps in recharging the groundwater. We have a Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and the sewage water is scientifically treated and re-sued for the garden areas. Composting is also done. The township is equipped with LED lights, which increases energy efficiency significantly. We are also planning to set up an Electric Vehicle(EV) charging station for cars.”
